Execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.**This position reports to**:
Service Team Leader**Your responsibilities**:- Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by planning and executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.
- Ensures customer retention by delivering superior customer experiences and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
- While on-site, work with the customer to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points.
- Performs field service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.
- Prepares all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. Troubleshoot Equipment/Process failures and requests proactive corrective actions and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
- Provides technical guidance to associates.
- Acts as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.**Your background**:- Advanced student or graduate of Electrical Electronic Engineer, Systems if you have DCS experience.
- Experience in PLC programming, Scadas, HMI.
- 2 years experience.
- Availability to travel.
- Availability to visit plant in El Jaguel
- English Advanced Level.
