Join us!\nWhat The Proposal Associate Does At\nWorldwide Clinical Trials Under general supervision, the Proposal Associate - Pricing develops and prepares proposals for assigned customers to support the Business Development team. Works with cross-functional contributors to develop high-quality, compelling pricing solutions aligned with operational strategy and technical approach. Primarily responsible for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supplemental documents for single or multiple service or region clinical development protocols or programs.\nEnsures all pricing solutions align appropriately with the operational strategy and are completed within established timelines and quality standards.\nWhat You Will Do Review Requests for Proposals to identify information for budget development\nWork closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare and finalize budgets\nWork with Account Directors and Clinical and Operational teams to integrate pricing solutions into complete proposals\nParticipate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information\nProvide support and assistance to other team members as needed\nMeet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, implementation, reviews, and approvals\nAct as the focal point for the collection of pricing information from various sources\nPerform quality control edits on all documents and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments\nObtain assistance to resolve non-routine and complex inquiries\nUpdate and maintain corporate databases as required, and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports\nOther duties as requested or assigned by the supervisor What You Will Bring To The Role Knowledge of the Contract Research Organization industry and ability to interpret Requests for Proposals and protocols\nWillingness to learn the proposal development process, budgeting, overall business organization, functional areas, and commercial strategy\nWillingness to learn the Contract Research Organization and pharmaceutical industry, sales support activities, and an understanding of study design, project management, and operational requirements for successful study implementation\nWillingness to learn pricing skills and the ability to compose summaries for the completion of clinical development programs and program or project-specific strategic overviews\nWillingness to develop analytical skills, oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management proficiencies\nStrong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and changing environment\nModerate ability to handle multiple tasks and manage many details in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment\nAbility to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently\nStrong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers\nExcellent self-motivation skills\nProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Your Experience Customer relationship management skills and strong commercial acumen\nMinimum of one to two years of experience in a Contract Research Organization, pharmaceutical business development, or operational environment\nAbility to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nWilling
