- Monitor list health and develop prospecting plans to drive list growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, regional channel managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality products and features.**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-6+ years of experience in CRM/direct marketing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working with Scrum teams.
- Firm knowledge of HTML and CSS, templates, links, tagging, and AMPscript.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to translate business stakeholders' requests into user stories and effectively communicate technical aspects in non-technical language.
- Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Experience with cloud ecosystems, including Azure, Sitecore Cloud, or AWS.
