**Role Responsibilities**
- Interact with potential and new agents activating them and supporting them in growth across all our agent products and services. You will account management agents whilst maximizing sales opportunities.
- Building relationships with relevant grassroots and community organizations and optimizing sales opportunities. Using your reporting skills to provide weekly sales reports and competitor analysis. You will use your relationship skills to maintain and grow sound business relationships.
- Keep the agents in perfect conditions. Administer, control and monitor all the active agents. Support all agency issues.
- You’ll be interacting with different areas to resolve the issues.
- Negotiating and teamwork skills. Self-management of resources. Management of computer tools. Ownership skill: Autonomy and responsibility.
- Own vehicle in good condition. Include, driving license (requirement)
- Intermediate English level and intermediate Excel.
- Degree or student in commercial, marketing, or related and three years of experience in: financial companies or retail channel in Commercial area or costumer services.**Role Requirements**
- Education or equivalent skills are required, with at least five years of related experience in Communications, Branding, or Marketing for this role.
- Three+ years’ experience in specific employer branding work as part of a Talent Acquisition organization.
- Understanding of how an employer brand aligns with a company’s value proposition and helps attracts talent for a Fortune 500 company.
- Demonstrated capabilities in social and digital media, (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Mogul, etc.,) developing marketing and branding creatives, managing ads, and evaluating analytics.
- Energetic and creative with impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.
- Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
