- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST
- Compensation: $700 - $900 + Commissions
- Conduct cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups
- Send quotes and estimates to prospective clients
- Schedule qualified appointments for the closer
- Maintain consistent communication with leads via phone and email
- Support overall sales pipeline management
- Consistently track and follow up with prospects
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling and/or outbound sales
- Proven cold calling experience (A must)
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales workflows
- C1 or C2 English Proficiency (A must)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales (insurance, etc.) (Nice to have)
- Background in insurance or similar industries (Nice to have)
- Experience learning and handling quoting processes (Nice to have)
- Strong communicator with excellent phone presence
- Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven
- Resilient and consistent under pressure
- Proactive and highly self-motivated
