- Create segmented messaging for different audiences and funnel stages
- Balance promotional messaging with value-driven content
- Iterate on email copy based on engagement and conversion data
- Write product descriptions highlighting benefits, use cases, and value
- Develop positioning statements, taglines, and product messaging
- Support upsell, cross-sell, and launch copy initiatives
- Ensure clarity and expectation-setting to support conversion quality
- Maintain consistent brand voice across channels
- Create brand messaging frameworks and positioning statements
- Write website copy and foundational brand content
- Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
- Edit and refine copy for clarity, tone, and conversion focus
- Optimize existing copy based on performance data
- Collaborate with marketers, designers, and stakeholders on messaging
- Stay current on copywriting, conversion, and persuasion best practices
- 1–2+ years of professional copywriting experience focused on conversion-driven work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating persuasive, results-oriented copy
- Excellent command of written English with attention to detail
- Understanding of persuasion principles and conversion-focused frameworks
- Ability to write concise, compelling short-form copy
- Comfort iterating copy based on performance data and feedback
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS, e-commerce, DTC, or fintech brands
- Agency or multi-client copywriting background
- Experience with long-form sales pages, VSLs, or UX copy
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals or funnel-based copywriting
- Writing tools (Google Docs, Microsoft Word)
- Grammar and editing tools (e.g., Grammarly)
- Communication tools (Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Zoom)
- Basic understanding of conversion and engagement metrics
- AI-assisted writing tools (with strong editorial judgment)
- Landing page and email platforms
- A/B testing and heat-mapping tools
- CMS platforms and basic SEO tools
