- Participate in the insurance renewal cycle and ad-hoc projects requiring data gathering, coordination of documentation, and presentations
- Assist internal persons with questions regarding Certificates of Insurance
- Maintain updated Certificate Holder List
- Issue Auto ID Cards when necessary
- Notify insurance brokers of New Mexico vehicles upon procurement for state auto reporting
- Auto Claims Handling - Monitor and manage auto accident damage repairs according to risk department guidelines
- Retain Monthly Claims Summary and ensure that claims are progressing
- Invoice review, coding, processing and tracking of remittance details
- Coordinate with Third Party Claims Administrator to provide location coding and cost center details
- Vendor Set Up coordination amongs accounting and master data team
- Order Loss Runs on an annual basis
- Create a database for renewal information and internal contacts
- Other duties within the corporate risk management department**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or another quantitative field
- 2 years of relevant experience with basic knowledge of insurance risk management and 5 years of experience in Finance Function
- Strong problem solving, analytical reasoning and financial modeling expertise
- Self-starter, able to draw solid, independent conclusions based on ambiguous information
- High motivation and desire to learn quickly
- Unafraid to challenge assumptions and status quo; comfortable with change**Preferred Qualifications**:- Familiarity with Third Party Administrators
- Be able to work flexibly to collaborate across multiple different functions and workstreams
- Ability to get into the details; can dive in and understand a problem and address it effectively
