Our mission is to make complex processes simple and accessible for residents and agencies — and we want to bring this same energy to our digital content.We are looking for a **creative, fast, and strategic Part-Time Content Creator - Audiovisual** who can transform technical services into engaging videos and visuals for social media and marketing campaigns.**What You’ll Do**
- Plan, edit, and publish weekly short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta.
- Transform technical topics (housing services, inspections, call centers, apps) into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Repurpose existing materials (flyers, articles, webinars, presentations) into dynamic video content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team (graphic designer, content creator, and product leads) to align aesthetics, storytelling, and strategy.
- Ensure timely turnaround of edits, efficiently incorporating feedback.
- Optimize content for each platform (format, captions, hooks, aspect ratios) to maximize engagement and performance.**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience creating short-form content for social media (please share portfolio).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate technical/complex topics into engaging stories.
- Creative thinker who balances speed with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
