Go‑to‑Market & RevOps: Optimizing sales processes, CRM configurations, and growth planning to drive revenue.
Process Design & Automation: Mapping workflows and implementing tools like Zapier/Make to build high‑efficiency systems.
Data Analytics & Visualizations: Transforming complex datasets into Tableau/Power BI visualizations and ML‑powered insights.
Market Intelligence: Conducting TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, competitive research, and crafting industry‑specific narratives.
Narrative & Design: Developing investor‑ready decks, executive presentations, and high‑stakes visual communication.
Business Planning & Growth: Developing corporate roadmaps, conducting SWOT analyses, and building growth frameworks or risk assessments.
