The Role:We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of scalable, AI-enhanced applications across our technology portfolio. This role combines strong technical expertise in full stack development with the ability to lead engineering efforts, mentor developers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platforms.You will lead by example — writing high-quality code, setting engineering standards, and guiding your team to deliver robust, secure, and innovative software solutions. The stack includes .NET, React, Python, and SQL, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML integration through technologies such as RAG, LLMs, and OpenAI.Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers in designing, building, and delivering full stack applications.
  • Architect and develop scalable backend services in .NET (C#) and Python, and responsive frontends in React.
  • Integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications using RAG, OpenAI APIs, and other modern tools.
  • Oversee technical planning, estimations, and sprint execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Guide the implementation of robust database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
  • Champion best practices in engineering: clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud deployments (preferably Azure).
  • Act as a mentor and coach for team members, supporting their technical growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Contribute to defining and evolving the system architecture and technology roadmap.
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies, especially in the fields of AI, web development, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
  • Deep expertise in .NET (C#) backend development and React frontend frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Python, particularly in the context of AI/ML integration or scripting.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools, including LLMs, OpenAI, or LangChain.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
