- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support communication and training efforts, engaging senior leaders
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress**What we look for in you**:- At least 1 year experience in a Change Management role
- Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, Design or similar
- Exceptional verbal and written communication English skills
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Being a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others**It is a plus if you have**:- Working experience in an Agile organization
- Prior experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model
- Worked in large-scale organizational change efforts
- Acquired Prosci Change Management certification
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
