Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Product Designer for a part-time position (20 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client has multiple online platforms providing spiritual guidance on love, relationships, and life. They offer a vast portfolio of over 20 brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space.You'll help define the visual and interaction experiences for intelligent agents that provide always-on guidance, clarity, and relief. You will be the design lead for AI Companions, responsible for creating empathetic, high-agency experiences that reach millions of users across all platforms. If you are a designer who thrives in the \"0 to 1\" phase and is passionate about human-AI interaction, we want to hear from you. You will work with a hiring manager on graphic design needs for the US marketplace team.Flexibility to select working hours between 8 AM PST and 5 PM PST, ideally morning/early afternoon. Planned workload is 4-6h/day, minimum 20h/week.Requirements:Advanced knowledge of Figma and modern prototyping tools to communicate complex logic and motion to engineering partners.Experience working on both web and mobile apps, with thousands/millions of users.Exposure to the arts.Experience working on Agile teams.You don’t need a 50-page PRD to start designing; you prefer early-stage startup environments where you can shape the product direction.The ability to take immense pride in the products you ship and seek to solve meaningful problems for a general audience.Passionate about the pixels, possessing an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to high-polish execution.Be comfortable working in a rapid development environment and delivering high-quality results on a part-time schedule.A demonstrated track record of building successful features for mass-market consumer products.
