- Join client consultations and calls to provide real-time English/Spanish translation support
- Handle basic administrative tasks: data entry, filling out forms, preparing invoices
- Support calendar and schedule coordination
- Work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis
- Perfect English and Spanish — written and spoken. This is the #1 requirement, non-negotiable
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
- Strong reliability and communication discipline
- Comfort working with confidential and sensitive client data
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Prior remote work experience

- ⏰ Part-time - flexible on-call schedule aligned to US Eastern Time
