What’s the\npurpose\nof the role?\nWe are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead web projects end-to-end and independently publish to production. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a high standard of craft are essential — you’ll be operating as part of our team, for our clients, with minimal oversight\n.\nKey ResponsIbilities:\n\n
- You’ll work directly with the Ghost Sherpa Creative Director.
\n
- You’ll design and deliver:
\n
- Complex web projects: UX strategy, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and full design systems in Figma
\n
- Reusable component libraries and template systems for multi-brand, multi-client environments
\n
- Web pages and microsites independently published via Framer, Figma Make (Figma Sites), or equivalent — no dev handoff
\n
- Shopify storefronts: theme customization, section design, product pages, basic Liquid
\n
- Email templates (Klaviyo / HubSpot) — modular, production-ready, platform-deployed
\n
- You’ll use AI tools (image generation, copy assist, Replit or similar) as a standard part of your production workflow.
\n
- You’ll coordinate via Asana and Slack in an async-first, high-autonomy environment.
\n\nRequired\nQualifications:\n\n
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience (Senior Level)
\n
- Portfolio of live, complex websites — not just concept work or mockups
\n
- Advanced Figma: component libraries, design tokens, auto-layout, prototypes
\n
- Proven ability to publish to production independently: Framer, Figma Make, Webflow, or equivalent
\n
- Hands-on Shopify experience: theme customization, app integrations
\n
- Experience designing and deploying email templates in Klaviyo or HubSpot
\n
- Active use of AI tools in your workflow — wireframing, image gen, code assist, copy acceleration
\n
- Experience using Asana, Slack, and Everhour
\n
- Fluent in English, written and spoken — strong proficiency is required
\n
- Ability to work overlapping hours with EST
\n
- Functioning webcam for video calls
\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n
- Experience working in a white-label or agency environment
\n
- Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously without losing quality
\n
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to own deadlines without constant direction
\n
- Excellent communication and responsiveness in async workflows
\n
- You QA your own work and hold a high personal bar for quality
\n
- Mandatory: portfolio shared via Behance, personal website, or live case studies
\n
