We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support general accounting and cost accounting activities for the Latin America and North America regions. This position will support the monthly financial close process, balance sheet account reconciliations, internal control activities, and will work closely with local finance teams across different countries.The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly financial close process for entities across Latin America and North AmericaPerform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variancesSupport general accounting and cost accounting activitiesPerform SOX control activities to ensure compliance with internal control requirementsRespond to inquiries and requests from local finance teams across different countriesAssist in maintaining proper accounting documentation and process documentationBasic QualificationsStudent or recent graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced English level (written and verbal)Advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environmentPreferred QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to with global cross-functional teamsSystem and troubleshooting agilityAdvanced Excel experience and process orientedNice to have: knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Copilot
