The Senior Accountant in order to gain efficiency among Southern Cluster activities will analyzes various transactions and prepares monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements. Also run reports throughout the year that help the team keep up with all aspects they're responsible for on an ongoing basis. In addition, This position will be responsible to manage and develop junior staff and trainees; provide guidance and coaching on inductionIn this role, you will:
Key responsibilities:- Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations prepared by staff accountant
- Onboard for staff department and oversight of trainees.
- Internal Controls processes oversight in compliance with SOX regulations
- Assist to prepare Local Financial Statements
- Interaction with external auditors.
- SAP R2R module Power user
- Close end activities coordination (Monthly and Quarterly requirements),
- Prepare and present of financial information or projects to Senior Staff
- Leadership in automatization processes
- Review and analysis of Actuals and Forecast figures.What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience
- +4 years in Accounting with solid experience in Multinational / Regional Companies
- SAP R2R User
- English Advanced
- Excel & Power BI
- SOX Controls
- USGAAP or IFRS / Blackline, HFM and Essbase, Hyperinflation accounting rules ( (Desirable)Skills and Abilities
