We’re Hiring: Marketing Project Manager (Remote - LATAM)Full-time | Reports to CEO | E-commerce & Consumer BrandsOur client is a fast-growing e-commerce company with multiple DTC and subscription brands across the pet and lifestyle space. They are looking for a Marketing Project Manager with proven experience managing projects across Amazon Marketplace and Shopify-based DTC businesses , to lead the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns and rebrands to product launches and paid media performance.This is a remote role for someone based in Latin America or a similar time zone, who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to chaos, and loves turning strategy into action.What You’ll Be Doing- Manage the execution of marketing projects across multiple Amazon Marketplace and Shopify/DTC brands , ensuring timelines, owners, and deliverables are clearly defined- Coordinate campaign rollouts across paid media, email, influencer, social, and marketplace channels- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors/agencies- Oversee product launches and go-to-market execution across Amazon and Shopify (and related channels such as TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace)- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and asset readiness across all e-commerce touchpoints- Track performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and marketplace KPIs , coordinating reporting with analytics or leadership- Improve workflows and implement basic systems where needed ( ClickUp, Airtable, etc. )- Own QA of campaign assets, product pages, listings, promotions, and emails across Shopify, Klaviyo, and Amazon- Lead cross-functional syncs and maintain momentum across fast-moving initiatives- Communicate clearly and frequently with the CEO and marketing leadership✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have- 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management or campaign execution within e-commerce environments- Hands-on experience with both:- Amazon Marketplace (required)- Shopify-based DTC brands (required)- Strong understanding of DTC, subscription models, and online retail operations- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and urgency- Confidence working in lean teams with little hand-holding- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify- Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace , or influencer-led e-commerce campaignsLocationRemote – candidates based in Latin America or similar time zones preferred.Ready to drive projects and make things happen?
