- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
- Expertise in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping
- Ability to conduct in-depth user research, user journey mapping, and persona creation
- Competence in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and explain design decisions to clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Accountability for the overall design quality and consistency across the product, ensuring all design solutions meet established standards
- Ability to establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices for the product related design team
- Skills in coordinating design efforts across multiple team members while maintaining project timelines and design coherence
- Communicative level of English (C1) – both spoken and written

You’ll oversee the full design lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch improvements, ensuring that every product meets user needs, business objectives, and regulatory standards.You will play a key role in bridging business goals with user-centric design strategies while mentoring junior designers and driving team excellence.- Growth systemOur promotion system is based on competence trees and evaluation of your performance.
