- Develop digital media plans that take full advantage of the features available on each buying platform, as well as the digital assets available to each business partner: audiences, digital assets, etc.
- Follow up on campaign execution through the traffic team, suggest improvements or modifications to campaign operators and follow up on the impact of those modifications.
- Have a clear analytical focus and make data-driven decisions that result in clear improvements to campaigns and the business.
- Provide campaign performance information to different areas of the company (BI, business partners) in a consistent and comparable way, with different degrees of openness and detail in order to provide the necessary information to evaluate the investment made at all times and, at the same time, so that the digital area as a whole can improve its impact on the business.
- Position itself as a benchmark of best practices in relation to digital campaigns, being able to identify and articulate the historical experience of each line of business with the various advances of the platforms and new opportunities that arise to improve results, considering a broader spectrum of possibilities and updated.
- Feel passion for digital media and its value in marketing strategies in general, and in our industry in particular.
**Basic Qualifications**:What we need from you to be part of this story:- At least 3 years of experience in planning, platform optimization and reporting of digital media campaigns either in media agencies or in mass consumer brands (performance campaigns).
- Experience managing regional campaigns.
- Experience in campaign execution on social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc).
- Experience executing campaigns on search engines.
- Experience executing campaigns on DV360.
- Experience executing programmatic buying campaigns (DSP).
- Knowledge of attribution models.
- Knowledge of best practices in Video guidelines.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
