In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations by ensuring the proper functioning of our advanced solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements, and you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our advanced migration, workforce productivity, and plant digitalization solutions.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and field service technicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on troubleshooting and supporting automation solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies, including DCS, SCADA, PLC and industrial automation practices. Honeywell technology knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written ( Intermediate)WE VALUE
- Engineering degree such as Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in providing technical support and services to customers.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
