
Analyst, Strategic Operations Reporting

- Serve as the Reporting lead for reporting services from pre-implementation to project completion, including gathering specifications for KPIs, report generation, timeline development, time allocation, quality control, and insight generation.
- Meet with Sales Management and Clients to establish, monitor, and review performance.
- Drive and support the development of reports.
- Assist in the design of new reporting initiatives.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction for analytics projects and perform quality control on all deliverables, including standard and recurring reports.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Rules, documentation, report inventory and scope changes
- Periodically collect and disseminate project information and data for account activation and client services managers as needed.
- Proactively provide insights on impact, effectiveness, activities, trends, and projections regarding performance, efficiencies, and potential improvements.
- Training of field teams, managers, and clients on the utility of reports, when necessary.
- Prepare and communicate detailed process workflow charts that describe inputs, execution steps, and outputs.
- Correlate activities to results and discern trends while providing observations and insights to achieve brand objectives.**Essential Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Industry and Technical Experience
- Strong analytical, mathematical, quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with visual analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) and pharma data sets.
- Proficiency with multiple reporting tools and data sets, including Microsoft SQL, MS Excel, and MS Access, with expertise in formulas, expressions, and charting.
- Knowledge of how to deploy technology to improve efficiencies and effectiveness, including business intelligence tools
- Ability to interact with all levels of management in various functional areas, including sales, marketing, sales systems, and managed care.
- Ability to interact with client stakeholders in various functional areas, including medical affairs, market access, managed care, consumer, and brand teams.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, manage customer expectations, and execute timely deliverables.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing functions with the ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations, and respond to ad hoc requests quickly and appropriately.**_ Preferred Skills:_**
- Strong statistical knowledge, training, and presentation skills.
