Reporting to Argentina HR Manager, the Country Talent Acquisition & People Development is responsible for managing and overseeing talent & people development activities in Argentina.Talent Acquisition & People Development partners with country and plant leadership teams to deliver a high-performance culture, promoting ownership, goal attainment, continuous learning and improvement at all levels of the organization following company’s Leadership Values & Behaviors.Main responsibilities:
Delivers high quality and timely performance management yearly cycle, analyzing outcomes and implementing specific development actions for staff employees.Ensures accurate talent management in line with Prysmian Leadership Model, focusing on potential evaluation and talent pipeline.Coordinates recruitment processes at local level and acts as point of reference for group Talent Acquisition programs in Argentina.Responsible for cascading internal communication, engagement and D&I; activities in the country following group and regional guidelines.Key Characteristics:
Puts customers’ needs first, acting as advisor and guide for leadership teams, managers and employees on development matters.Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a complex, matrix environment.Must be able to interact and establish rapport with all level of an industrial, manufacturing organization at plant, country and regional levels.Ability to blend people development & talent acquisition processes with generalist HR practices.Fosters cooperation between HR teams, both regionally and locally.Challenges status quo and strives for innovative, disruptive solutions to achieve results efficiently.Proven ability to work on reporting and KPIs definition.Ability to use human capital management platforms (use of Workday will be considered as a plus).Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.Excellent use of English.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field. Masters will be considered as a plus.At least 5 years of HR / PD / TA experience in a demanding manufacturing environment.International academic / professional experience will be considered as a plus.Ability to work in a team based environmentProven success in people and talent management at all levels of the organization.Proven success in talent acquisition / recruitment practice in complex organizations.
