Shape your story here.**The Job**Programming Coordinator is a key role as a reference for Log Management and LATAM Kids & Family teams’ interaction and conversations.The role of this person will be to coordinate the entire operational process (Schedule, calendars, daily QC and Timing issues) and work with the Programming Manager in the strategy of our Streaming (HBO Max - K&F;), linear and non-linear platforms (Reporting, planning and generating content).This person is responsible to follow up every concern or issue from the schedule begin until the analyze of the performance and contribute to the pan-regional strategy.**The Daily**Strategy
- Work with the Content Programming Team and the K&F; LATAM Team in the panregional strategy and planning for the content on the streaming, linear and non-linear platforms.
- Weekly follow up performance of owned channels/platforms and competitors.
- Generates reports and analysis of the performance/strategySchedule
- Coordinate the entire Scheduling (linear and non-linear platforms), timing and QC process. Make follow up of contract pending and missing titles within the Content Programming team and Log Management.
- Responsible of YouTube Calendars.Content
- Responsible of the content creation within BA creatives editors’ cell.Daily Duties
- Solving timing issues or any Log Management´s concern during the print day.
- Daily check of on-air playlist after Log Management generates it in order to prevent issues.
**The Essentials**
- Work experience in online platforms or broadcast TV.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
- Proficiency in PC-MS Office.
- Loves Kids content and has knowledge of industry
**The Nice to Haves**
- TV Programming or content experience preferred
- College degree or equivalent in associated fields
