We are entrepreneurs and innovators, with a global team focused on scientific advancements in the fields of reproductive and women's health, gastroenterology, and urology.We are currently seeking a Business Administration graduate or Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Senior Supply Planning Analyst. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials and inputs to the production area.Your Day at IMSA- Preparing and efficiently executing the supply plan for raw materials and inputs for production.- Ensuring the availability of raw materials and inputs.- Creating and managing stock policies to optimize inventory levels.- Keeping demand and supply planning parameters up to date, such as Safety Stock (SS), Reorder Point (ROP), Lead Time (LT), and Service Level (SL).- Managing the creation of requisitions and tracking purchase orders.- Sharing and communicating the replenishment plan with Quality Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams on a monthly basis.- Efficiently managing the obsolescence of materials and inputs.- Ensuring the creation, deletion, and/or modification of item codes in the ERP system.- Supporting and monitoring demand performance indicators.- Collaborating in the generation and updating of the Sales & Operations Planning (S) process.Requirements:- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.- More than 4 years of proven experience in supply planning or similar roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.- Strong knowledge and management of key indicators such as inventory levels, stock control,
and ABC classification.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Experience with Bejerman and SAP systems (not mandatory).- Intermediate to advanced level of English.Work Location: Saavedra, CABA.Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Making a difference in the lives of millions means we succeed by working together.
