Execute the financial control of all site related to cost matters, focus on day to day operational activities up to standard cost calculations, legal and ICS compliance, monthly and FC reporting, and annual budget site process.**Your mission will be to**:
Operational:- Lead Forecast, Budget and Long Range Plan Process and Upside/Downside List;
- Manage Structured Financial Analysis | Variances | Optimization;
- Co-ordinate Convertions costs and Non Standard Costs analysis and site performance
- Prepare cost & FTE planning & perform regular deviation analysis
- Local Guest analysis for Budget and forecast activities
- Co-ordinate regular reporting of site performance
- Ensure continuous improvement and standardization of processes // Projects analysis
- Provide financial support to Product Supply stakeholders and Perform business cases to guide making decision from the finance perspective.
- Comply with global/local governance standards
- Attend audits and provide information related to cost & inventory mattersStrategical:- Support Site Controlling Manager by recommend alternative approaches to improving unit’s productivity and overall profitability;
- Development and Tracking Financial Key Performance Indicators;
- Participate in Manufacturing Review with Regional and Global teams;
- Ensure the Partnership with Internal & External Stakeholders;
- Establish a culture of ownership and compliance (ICS Standards);
- Develop Finance Business Education and Training**Unlock your potential**:- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- At least five years of experience in financial management, production accounting, or business;
- Result orientation & ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the overall business vision.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, to negotiate, to provide value adding cost guidance;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interact with top management in coordinating financial activities, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret financial data or operating problems in order to make recommendations to management;
- Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds
- Enthusiastic of digital experience and focused on innovation
