You’ll turn research and customer insight into angles, hooks, scripts, and briefs for high-volume creative testing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. You’ll also use creative performance signals to guide what we do next — with a clear point of view on what’s working, why it’s working, and what we should test to win. Important: you do not need to be a media buyer. You do need to deeply understand performance creatively and be excited to improve through iteration and fast feedback loops. This role is for someone who blends taste with s
