The best high risk merchants trust Directa24 to effortlessly manage their payment expansion and drive payment conversions.We are looking for a qualified **Data Scientist** **to join our multinational team.**What you will be doing**:- Mine data and extract information in Directa´s data environment.
- Build machine learning models, optimization solutions and statistical inference techniques for regression problems
- Research, prototype, and test new methodologies for measuring effectiveness and building predictive algorithms.
- Communicate results on a regular basis to partners around the world.
- Collaborate with other data scientists, data engineers, and other teams to develop data driven improvements to our platform.**Requirements**:- 2+ years of hands-on data science in applied machine learning and statistics.
- Proven experience as Data Scientist, ML engineer, or Data Engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Spark.
- Experimentation - AB testing.
- Building and deploying scalable machine learning models in the cloud is a plus.
- Experience in payments or other financial systems is a plus.
- Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple data science projects
- simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Team player - can effectively participate as an influential team member.
- Curious profile and positive attitude.
