- SOP Development: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient and consistent project execution.
- Proactive Leadership: Take the lead in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing processes.
- Remote Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a fully remote team, fostering communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize your knowledge and experience in SEO, email marketing, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google ads, and web development to guide and enhance project strategies.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience as a project manager in the digital marketing industry or a similar role
- Highly organized and able to take care of multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong background in creating and implementing SOPs.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- In-depth understanding and experience in SEO, email marketing, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google ads, and web development.
- Experience using Project Management tools such as Monday and Slack.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
