- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, social media, and events.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content strategy that provides valuable and engaging content to target audiences, establishing the company as an industry thought leader.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and tactics that contribute to revenue growth.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with product teams to develop and execute product launch strategies, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and a positive work environment.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, influencers, and industry players to expand the company's reach.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals within financial constraints
- BSc in marketing, branding, business, PR, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in US Market
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use both quantitative and qualitative means to map strategy, decisions, product iterations, and roadmap prioritization back to data
- Superb marketing and research skills.
- Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, IA and related software.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the crypto industry and market trends
- Highly observant and analytical.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
- Experience working at a startup is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
