- Freight Payment and Audit**. Under the direction of logistics leadership, and with accuracy, efficiency, and Ecolab’s best interest a priority, the analyst is accountable for supporting transportation execution activities. - Develop carrier partnerships and strategy to ensure 98% on-time payment.
- Establishes effective internal and external communications.
- Partner with carriers to manage aging reports to resolve open invoices.
- Support process improvement by identifying areas of opportunity using root cause analysis.
- Establish and publish KPIs, metrics and reporting to share progress with stakeholders (carriers, transportation management and executive leadership).
- Analyzes, validates, manipulates, and interprets complex data from multiple data sets to develop solutions and optimization opportunities.
- Leads complex initiatives that have multiple interdependencies and cross functional implications.**Basic**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in supply chain, business adminsitration, finance or shared services
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills including advanced skill in Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills.**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of previous work experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
- Experience in another Shared Services team.
- Ability to work well in ambiguous situations
