In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth.This position is ideal for someone who already understands the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America, has experience working with performance-based partnerships, and enjoys developing strategic relationships with affiliates and media partners.You’ll be joining a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where your work will directly contribute to market expansion and business growth.What you’ll be doingIdentify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM marketsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partnersNegotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreementsMonitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic qualityWork closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROISupport affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimizationEnsure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirementsPrepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environmentsSolid experience working with LATAM marketsExisting network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIsExperience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar toolsAbility to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growthStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProfessional working proficiency in EnglishSpanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferredWhat’s in it for you💰 Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions
