The** VIP executive **will be responsible for managing the accounts of our VIP players throughout the customer lifecycle, from identifying, acquiring, retaining and managing loyalty campaigns that attract revenues.**What you will do**:- Carry out daily review, overall monitoring as well as individual VIP performance and ensuring that bonuses, physical gifts, and hospitality rewards are offered in accordance with business requirements.
- Ensure that promotions are consistent, timely, attractive, cost-effective, and relevant and aligned with other areas of the business.
- Finding the cause as well as the appropriate course of action in order to reactivate churned accounts
- Working towards the VIP team targets
- Beyond retaining existing accounts, you will also be responsible for identifying potential VIP accounts and acquiring new VIP accounts through available opportunities.
- You will be responsible for achieving individual KPI based goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- 6 months previous hands-on experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management in the online sector e.g. Fin-Tech, Gaming, Online Marketing/Media
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily develop and build positiverelationships with customers.
- Knowledge of the online casino and sports betting industry, particularly football products.
- Ability to interact quickly and accurately within any live chat environment to speedily provide clear and precise help, information and/or instructions to all who you interact with
- Optimistic and driven with a problem-solving attitude. Detail orientation.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team. Structured, organized and skilled in task-orientation and prioritization.
- Good listening and comprehension skills with the ability to follow instructions efficiently.
- Adaptable and flexible when it comes to working hours i.e. weekends and evenings when required.
- Data driven, capable of analysing and understanding trends, pattern, player behaviours.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Portuguese is beneficial but not essential.
