The Live Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting live shopping and auction events by managing and moderating real‑time customer interaction, ensuring a high‑energy, engaging, and commercially effective live experience.
This is a fast‑paced, operational role idóneo for someone who is highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in real‑time environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesActively moderate live chat during auctions and live shopping events
Maintain high levels of chat activity to support the flow of the auction
Respond quickly and appropriately to viewer messages
Ensure chat remains relevant, positive, and aligned with brand tone
Prompt viewers to participate using proven engagement technique
Encourage passive viewers to become active bidders or participants
Welcome and onboard new viewers throughout the show
Reinforce urgency using prompts, countdowns, and call‑to‑action messaging
Highlight bidding activity and call out participants in real time
Support the host in maintaining a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
Assist in driving momentum during key auction moments
Help build a strong sense of community within live audiences
Promote upcoming shows, announcements, and repeat attendance
