Business Associate Consultant in the Technology Consulting / Revenue Management & Contracting capability group will:
  • Support and lead technology-enabled transformation programs for global clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
  • Design and implement solutions addressing complex challenges such as revenue leakage, pricing optimization, and contracting operations
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate solution design discussions
  • Deliver high-quality, data-driven insights and recommendations to support client decision-making
  • Perform hands-on technical work using modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud technologies)
  • Contribute to solution architecture, development, and implementation across engagements
  • Apply project management best practices to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and relevance of project deliverables
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to internal innovation and capability building
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of consulting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries, delivering technology or transformation programs
  • Strong technical skills including Python, SQL, and experience with data platforms such as Databricks and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience or knowledge in Revenue Management and Contracting domains (e.g., pricing, gross-to-net, contract lifecycle management, government pricing)
  • Fluency in English
