We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Consultants to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and transformation projects for customers across multiple industries. In this role, consultants will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring successful adoption and business value realization.Consultants will work closely with business, finance, and IT stakeholders, and will be actively involved in system implementation, user training, and post–go-live support.1) SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Consultant – North AmericaRole OverviewThis position focuses on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations for customers in North America. The consultant will participate in full lifecycle implementations, drive Finance (FICO) solution design, and support SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation initiatives aligned with US business and accounting requirements.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition FICO solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into SAP solutions.
  • Configure end-to-end SAP Finance processes, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Banking, collections, payment processing, dunning, clearing, settlements, and write-offs
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO (FI-AR, FI-CO) and operational modules.
  • Lead functional and integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
  • Support data migration, validation, and conversion activities.
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects (e.g., SAP Business One or SAP ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition).
  • Work with technical teams to define functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Apply SAP Activate Methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, testing, and data migration workstreams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance & Controlling Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations or migrations.
  • Experience with SAP Public Cloud tools: CBC, SAP ALM, Signavio Best Practices Explorer, and SAP Scope Items.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO areas, including GL, FA, AR, AP, Treasury, Banking, Payment Management, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP Finance with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Project Systems.
  • Experience running Fit-to-Standard analysis workshops.
  • Experience implementing US country localization, including tax and accounting requirements aligned with US GAAP.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C2).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Remote role with up to 30% travel to the U.S. Midwest.
  • Must be eligible and authorized to travel to or work in the United States (active visa required).
2) SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Consultant – LATAMRole OverviewThis position supports SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects across LATAM, with a strong focus on remote delivery and occasional on-site support during critical project phases. The consultant will work closely with clients across different industries, ensuring successful system adoption and process optimization.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance solutions.
  • Engage with business, finance, and IT teams to define business processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Configure SAP FICO end-to-end processes, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Banking, payments, collections, dunning, clearing, settlements, and write-offs
  • Ensure proper integration between SAP Finance modules and operational Lines of Business.
  • Lead functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.
  • Support data migration and conversion activities.
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation and migration projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
  • Follow SAP Activate Methodology, including Fit-to-Standard, testing, and data migration practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance & Controlling Consultant.
  • End-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation or migration experience.
  • Experience with SAP Public Cloud tools (CBC, SAP ALM, Signavio, SAP Scope Items).
  • Strong SAP FICO knowledge across core Finance areas.
  • Proven experience integrating Finance with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Project Systems.
  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Spanish speaking; English proficiency (C1) is a plus.
  • Based in LATAM, with availability to travel up to 20% during key project phases (UAT and final cutover).
  • Remote role with occasional travel to customer locations in LATAM, Caribbean, or Central America.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Both Positions)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ERP solutions (8+ years preferred for senior profiles).
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition – Finance and Accounting certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP FSCM is a plus.
  • Experience across industries such as wholesale distribution, technology, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, professional services, and financial services.
