- Develop and lead the Corporate & Regulatory Affairs strategy to protect and enhance the company's reputation, regulatory standing, and long-term license to operate.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance by overseeing all submissions, approvals, renewals, and interactions with regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Drive government, policy, and stakeholder engagement, representing the company before government agencies, industry bodies, and public institutions to influence policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage corporate communications and reputation, including external messaging, media relations, issues management, and crisis communication.
- Provide strategic counsel to Executive Leadership, interpreting political, regulatory, and public environment shifts that may impact the business.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on regulatory and public affairs matters across Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Medical, R&D, Operations, and Corporate Communications.
- Oversee risk identification and mitigation for regulatory and reputational exposures, ensuring business continuity and proactive issue prevention.
- Manage interactions with external partners, including industry associations, NGOs, advocacy groups, and regulatory consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Government Relations, Public Policy, Legal, or highly regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare, energy, technology, FMCG, finance).
- Proven experience leading interactions with government agencies, regulators, or policy-influencing bodies.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, governmental processes, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and ability to build trust-based relationships internally and externally.
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., Master's in Public Policy, MBA, LL.M., Regulatory Affairs Certification).
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) and additional languages as required by region.
