Our teams collaborate across countries, cultures, and channels to ensure that service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations.\nROLE PURPOSE The Quality Assurance Specialist – LATAM is responsible for supporting and overseeing quality assurance activities across the region, including monitoring operational performance, identifying quality trends and risks, and providing actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.\nThis is a highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and collaborative role that works closely with Operations and Finance teams.\nThe specialist will conduct quality audits, develop insights, support training and coaching initiatives, and enhance internal processes to ensure compliance and exceptional customer experience across LATAM markets.\nLocation: CABA, Argentina\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nQuality System Management\n\n
- Draft, review, and update Procedures and Work Instructions (SOPs/WIs) in alignment with Headquarters and Corporate procedures
\n
- Ensure continuous employee training and keep related records (GDP, SOPs, PV, compliance)
\n
- Perform regular inspections of 3PL partners used for warehousing and shipping activities
\n
- Manage customer and supplier claims
\n
- Manage batch recalls
\n
- Handle internal investigations, deviations, and related CAPAs
\n
- Pre‑validate and check that the full set of documents/licenses to codify new clients and suppliers is available before submitting the request to HQ
\n
- Support the verification and continuous update of licenses and regulatory documentation from customers and suppliers
\n\nOperational Oversight\n\n
- Ensure that all approved orders comply with local regulations and all necessary documents/import authorizations are available
\n
- Verify that received goods comply with approved specifications
\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\n\n
- Support locally Global Compliance Function in monitoring and oversight activities
\n
- Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve operational performance
\n
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with global QA standards
\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\n\n
- Qualified Pharmacist
\n
- 2–4 years of proven experience in the QA department of a structured pharmaceutical company
\n
- Solid knowledge of GDP requirements
\n
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
\n
- Familiarity with LATAM operational environments and cultural nuances
\n
- Ability to operate independently in an international, fast‑paced environment
\n
- Fluency in English required
