- Collaborate with data architects and other engineers to design and implement scalable data solutions.
- Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines using PySpark and Databricks to ensure timely data availability.
- Build, monitor, and optimize ETL processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Implement DLT pipelines to facilitate real-time data processing and analytics.
- Assist in the integration of streaming data with existing data architectures.
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from various sources in a SQL Warehouse.
- Engage in data modeling and architecture design, applying best practices in data warehousing and Medallion architecture.
- Participate in opportunities to automate and enhance data workflows with Jobs and Databricks CLI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical support.
- Document data workflows and maintain coding standards for reproducibility and transparency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering, continuously seeking to improve skills and knowledge
