- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication strategies. Manage timelines, resources, task assignments, and deliverables using project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Monitor industry trends, news, and events to react quickly and engage with audiences in real time. Implement structured processes to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and responsive to current market dynamics.
- Analyze competitors’ communication strategies and identify opportunities to improve campaign positioning and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with teams to create and distribute engaging content (podcasts, social media, email campaigns, etc.) and monitor KPIs for performance and conversion. Ensure campaigns follow a structured content calendar.
- Contribute to the development of strategic communication calendars and manage campaign execution through planning, tracking, and formal documentation. Proactively identify risks or delays, and escalate as needed.
- Liaise with creative, content, product, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand consistency. Manage stakeholder communications and track campaign contributions.
- Maintain and update the company-wide promotions calendar to ensure visibility and alignment across departments and campaign schedules.
- Manage the flow of PR activities, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, briefing talent, and supporting the creation and approval of press releases. Serve as the point of contact for PR vendors.
- Coordinate and deliver video, photo, and creative assets to internal and external stakeholders in line with campaign schedules.
- Produce “clipping reports” to evaluate media coverage, assess campaign reach, and support post-launch review efforts for improvement opportunities.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall goals.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing campaigns, and public relations. Preferred to have industry-related experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Communication Sciences, Advertising, Media & Entertainment Management, or a related field.
- Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) to manage marketing workflows.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Experience tracking KPIs, campaign performance, or media metrics.
- Experience within the adult entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign reporting.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus or willingness to pursue one.
