This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - you'll be on the front lines of our searches, identifying and engaging candidates across multiple industries and roles simultaneously.You'll work closely with our recruiters, supporting the full early-stage pipeline: from building targeted sourcing strategies and running outreach campaigns, to conducting initial screenings and keeping our ATS and tools running smoothly. If you're someone who loves finding the right people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the recruiting world, this role is for you.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple active searchesServe as the primary sourcing actor in the early stages of each search: identify, contact, and conduct initial screening interviews with candidatesBuild and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruiterFlow, Juicebox, and other sourcing toolsRun and monitor outreach campaigns — email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and SMS campaignsAssist recruiters with administrative tasks: candidate communications, email responses, campaign setup, and tool configurationsKeep candidate profiles, statuses, and notes updated in the ATS (RecruiterFlow) at all timesSupport the team with Boolean search builds, candidate shortlists, and market researchCollaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified candidates for deeper evaluationREQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in sourcing and/or recruitingHands-on experience with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools - such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, RecruiterFlow, or similarAdvanced English level - written and verbal.
