- Develop and implement new ad strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and engagement.
- Oversee the setup and management of ad structure for clients, ensuring proper implementation and tracking.
- Analyze ad performance data and make data-driven decisions -such as optimizing ad formats, placements, and targeting - to improve ad revenue and delivery.
- Work closely with the Data team to analyze data and provide insights for ad performance and user behavior.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for ad monetization.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, Google Adsense & AdX, Prebid/header bidding technology
- Experience with Google Ad Manager [Ideal: Google Ad Manager 360] - from Order/Line Item creation to managing and analyzing reporting data.
- Experience with ad trafficking, QA and troubleshooting.
- An understanding of the basics of HTML, JS and Ad Operations
- _Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling including pricing models, optimization tactics and buying technologies_
- _Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills._
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English.**Nice to have!**
- _Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing like Video, App and Native advertising operations will be considered as a plus point._
