- End-to-end management of event set up, marketing, delivery, and ownership of virtual programmatic events inclusive of event timings and status management
- Act as point of contact for the client, effectively communicating event marketing status, event updates, timings, and feedback
- Lead and support across multiple virtual events as a live event host, managing speakers and monitoring event Q&A;**Required skills**
- Previous experience with digital event execution
- Excellent attention to detail and process, strong organization and time management skills (including building & managing project plans)
- Results focused with ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment
- Proactive and intuitive nature with the ability to work as part of a team but also independently
- Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders and agency colleagues
- Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
