- Project manage governance projects via populating and maintaining documentation and tasks in relation to the specific tool request
- Organize and run meetings (including recording demos and status updates with M+C Teams)
- Document and distribute notes and action items from meetings
- Manage communication updates
- Ensure deadlines and submissions are kept in a timely manner and recorded on our project management tool
- Collaborate with M+C stakeholders, to ensure request requirements are thoroughly documented and understood
- Assess requirements against existing M+C Tool Directory to determine if there is an existing tool to meet the needs
- Research functionality and requirements to determine list of possible vendor tools, conduct vendor demos and assessments, and compare them against the required goals and objectives (use cases) that the requesting team has provided
- Populate the vendor assessment report, create the recommendation document, and present findings to review boards and leadership
- As new capabilities are implemented, partner with the Capabilities Change Management team on roll-out and promotion of new technology capability
- As new capabilities are deployed, manage the creation and addition of content and documentation to our MarTech Center of Excellence site and M+C Tool directory
- Establish a list of FAQs, specific to the new tool, and add to the MarTech Center of Excellence site
- Keep abreast with Accenture internal tool onboarding processes and policies including stakeholder management of Procurement, Legal, Data Privacy, Technology (CIO) and M+C Operations
- Seek out new relationships with M+C teams and communities to understand pain points and address solutions for them
- Contribute to 360 value meter metrics for Client Facing Capabilities Enablement Team
