If you are looking for an energizing and innovative work environment with great people and big ideas, we’d love to have you join us!**Microsoft 365 Engineer**Flexiti Financial is looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our IT team. This individual will work closely with our Toronto and Rosario offices. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the M365 Engineer will play a key role in design, maintenance, and ongoing support of Flexiti’s on-premise and cloud Microsoft 365 Infrastructure. This position will be responsible for developing, Analyzing, deploying, and supporting comprehensive solutions based on unique and complex requirements and problems as they relate to Microsoft 365, and must have a proven track record of providing solutions relating to M365 products.**What you will be doing**:- Assist in the development and execution of M365 Roadmap
- Create and manage various architecture assets for the M365 /Azure portfolio
- Configure, monitor and manage our Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments
- Maintain upgrades, capacity planning, and administration for our end user windows machines, as well as servers
- Configure, monitor and manage our on-prem Active Directory environment
- Research, develop, troubleshoot, resolve and iterate solutions in relation to the M365 SaaS implementation
- Onboard new, as well as improve and maintain existing M365 services
- Develop, document, and standardize preventative maintenance routines to ensure system availability and performance standards on production systems
- Analyze and design viable M365/Azure solutions to complex business problems, according to user specifications and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions
- Ensure sound and robust architecture and provide sufficient guidance for the successful implementation of M365 /Azure related solutions
- Identify and research related or supporting technologies, perform Proof of Concepts / Prototypes, and make recommendations
- Review M365/Azure related architectural designs and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Authoring of governance standards and operational procedures
- Develop a complete understanding of adjacent technologies
- Perform vulnerability remediation through security assessments.
- Analyze trends to proactively prevent problems. Effectively resolves and follows-up on problems as they occur.**What you should have?**
- 5+ years of dedicated experience managing, configuring and supporting M365, Azure AD and on-prem AD environments
- Expert level expertise in Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, Information Protection, Information Governance, PowerApps, Microsoft Defender, Azure MFA, Windows 10, Bitlocker, group policies, and other Microsoft related services
- Extensive knowledge with Microsoft 365 configuration and custom solution architecture
- Well experienced in Microsoft 365 tenant administration and support
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate development practices and configuration
- Working knowledge of IT service, change and problem management
- Extensive knowledge of system software infrastructure, distribution and installation/support
- Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with co-workers, customers and management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Certifications (Fundamentals, Associates, Expert) an asset
