As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.**Your Role and Responsibilities**
He supports clients in the daily Record to Report transaction process through his knowledge, experience and expertise in this space; required to handle/understand complex transactions involving the collection, processing and delivery of relevant, timely and accurate information. Professionals in this role have skills such as data extraction and collection, analysis, accounting, financial and management reporting, understanding key performance indicators, budget reconciliation, forecasting, financial controls, and fixed assets.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Knowledge and experience in administrative tasks. Excellent handling of Excel. Verbal and written communication skills, Experience of at least 1 year in administrative and customer service roles.**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
