2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Figma and FigJam is mandatory; familiarity with Notion, Miro, and other collaboration tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX processes, and best practices.
Attention to detail and excellent visual design skills.
Clear, concise, and user-centric copywriting skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Advanced English proficiency, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone able to Design and develop user-centered interfaces, creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional team members to ensure design consistency and alignment with project objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Provide detailed and scalable hand-offs to developers, ensuring that your designs are implemented effectively.
Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines, while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Analyze data and user behavior to inform and refine your design decisions.
Maintain clear and concise communication across the team, advocating for the user and delivering user-centric solutions.
Other valuable skills Animation skills to bring your designs to life.
Basic front-end knowledge to facilitate collaboration with developers (e.g., understanding HTML/CSS concepts).
Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-specific protocols (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7).
Familiarity with AI-driven design solutions or working on AI-integrated projects.
