Manages the resolution of "level 2" incidents raised by the business units via tickets.
Manage projects and roll-out of the group's businesses, from an implementation, support and/or management role.
Facilitates and validates the execution of projects, ensuring that developments and configurations are within SAP standards and security.
Execute maintenance projects and improvement to the SAP system.
Interprets the functional needs of business processes and transforms them into opportunities for improvement.
Provides support for daily business operations and needs.
Ensure that the built solution is in line with the requested requirements, controlling scope, quality, costs and deadlines.
Guarantee a consistent evolution of all SAP corporate solutions.
Reduce risks and improve the performance of the areas through attention to business requirements.
Measure the impact of projects on the business by requesting regression tests.
Ensure the security of the system in relation to the best practices of parameterization, development and use of the system.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**From 3 to 6 years in SAP consulting (similar roles).
