- Basic to moderate experience in: Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML;
- Previous working experience in the IT industry;
- Experience in mobile & client-server architecture.**Responsibilities**:- Providing level 1&2 support for Software as a Service to education, recreation, and family activities customers;
- Solving issues of users from small to large industry companies;
- Communicating on issues with customer and colleagues from different departments;
- Working on tickets/issues following best practices for incident, problem, and change management;
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting;
- Coordinating the changes, upgrades, UATs, patches & releases;
- Performing problem simulation, root cause analysis & technical improvements;
- Contributing to the knowledge library and FAQs for customers and users;
- Making manual changes to the databases and the platform;
