We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Remote About Olympo Labs Olympo Labs is a B2B cold email outreach and appointment setting agency. We run done-for-you outbound campaigns for our clients and book qualified sales meetings on a performance basis. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, reliable SDR to own the warm reply pipeline and turn interested prospects into booked calls.\nThe Role\nThis is a writing-first SDR position focused on conversion, not prospecting. Our cold email campaigns generate the replies — your job is to take it from there. You'll engage warm leads across multiple client inboxes, handle objections, build rapport, and get qualified prospects onto our clients' calendars.
