The Role The Audiovisual Producer is responsible for end-to-end project management, client and agency relationships, and leading a diverse team to deliver projects successfully.
They ensure smooth operations and delivery excellence for clients' projects.
The successful candidate will deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, using their problem-solving skills, passion for production, marketing, and advertising, and a desire to learn.
They are highly organized, accountable leaders who can build relationships and collaborate, leveraging Hogarth's resources and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Communication Be the primary day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients and creative agencies.
Accurately gauge client satisfaction, facilitate feedback sharing, and address client needs and concerns.
Ensure all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.
Develop and maintain high team effectiveness, including trust, communication, and engagement.
Mentor and coach junior producers.
Process Manage medium to large projects from initiation to completion independently.
Serve as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Manage client objectives, budgets, expectations, deliverables, and timelines; communicate changes effectively.
Maintain project tracking through task lists, issue logs, status reports, and meeting notes.
Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen.
Collaborate with creative, production, and technologist teams to define project scopes, goals, and budgets, translating creative concepts into deliverables with proper staffing.
Own project budgets, track costs, reconcile estimates, and resolve discrepancies.
Daily Tasks Develop and maintain project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with Hogarth's global production network for campaign launches.
Manage status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers, and communication with teams and clients.
Liaise with clients, agencies, and suppliers for schedules, briefs, assets, and technical specs.
Manage talent and traffic teams at Hogarth.
Oversee POs, financial reporting, tracking, and billing.
Requirements 2-5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house, including Offline, Online, 2D, 3D, audio, and media production.
Knowledge of the LATAM industry.
Understanding of the production and postproduction process from start to finish.
Experience with data handling, asset management, buyouts, and formats.
Proven project leadership with clients and accounts, demonstrating successful project delivery.
Ability to manage medium to complex projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, workflow tools, and online project management tools like JIRA, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
